The Hall Partnership teamed with JM Dennis Construction Corp. for this $27,000,000 Design-Build Competition for an 800-Bed dormitory. Together with our consultants, we developed a complete structural system, HVAC system, a landscape plan, as well as a detailed phased construction plan. We provided all the desired enhancements within a traditional three-story brick building. Our entry placed second out of a seven team field.
