Hall Partnership Completes Plans for Andrus Children’s Center
Hall Partnership recently completed plans for the infrastructure renovation of the four-cottage Andrus Children’s Center located in Yonkers, NY. This $3-million renovation includes the bedrooms, living and dining rooms and public areas. The project includes new safety and fire prevention systems, lighting, plumbing and HVAC designs. The interior design work of selecting and crafting furniture, fabrics, wall and floor coverings was contracted to Kimberly Hall Kids Limited. “We’re so pleased with the total plan and the ‘look’ this renovation will take,” says COO Brian J. Farragher. The cottages will be much brighter and more inviting; truly more therapeutic for the children in our care.”
