Hall Partnership wins ASLANY 2005 Honor Award

Hall Partnership was recognized by ASLANY for its work on the Southpoint Park on Roosevelt Island. Working with Mark K. Morrison Landscape Architects, Hall Partnership designed a 4-story Conference Center and Restaurant to be built within the restored granite ruins of Charles Renwick’s Welfare Hospital. Originally built in 1840, the ruins of the hospital was recently featured in amNew York`s lists of endangered NYC landmarks. Our design, which retains the existing ruins, is at the heart of a conceptual master plan for a new visionary park proposed for the southern tip of Roosevelt Island.
