HPA Completes Local Law 11 Evaluations
Hall Partnership recently completed the exterior evaluation of 127 buildings for the NYC Housing Authority in accordance with the Building Department Local Law 11. All buildings were inspected visually for any exterior deficiencies, both by use of binoculars and by up-close inspection using scaffolding drops. Deficiencies included cracked brick, loose mortar, and displaced parapets. All items were recorded in a compliance report and filed with the Building Department.
